Ralph, your website intrigues us. We are new to truck camping (new to any kind of camping) and learned of your travels through Truck Camper Magazine. As we plan our trips, we are curious to know how you plan your trips. Do you have an itinerary before you leave home; do you know ahead of time where you will stop or do you just come up on sites that you like; how many miles do you typically travel in a day. It's been hot here and several fires in Ca.& Oregon has been giving us some smoky days at times. We have been real busy this summer but getting ready to head to the coast after labor Day and the kids will be back in school.

Hello Ralph, This is the first time I have looked at your blog.It is very well done. As an old friend I am proud of you. I won't give you a hard time anymore about your travels even though I miss you when you are gone. I look foreword to your return so we can play music together again. Make sure you stay safe and don't try to pet the "Bears". Be sure to tell Bruce hello for me when you see him in Billings. I really like following your travels. I have 988 days till retirement and my wife and I are going to do waht you are doing. I have already bought a 20 ft. travel trailer for our adventures. Hopefully it is small enought for the out of the way places to camp.

Hi Ralph. So you are ramblin' in Wyoming. My wife and I were there in 2014. We camped a few days at Gros Ventre in Grand Teton. I loved that place! Especially when a moose ambled through our campsite early one evening. Just wanted to let you know what you are missing back here in CA.Rain! All day today. Of course it's "not enough" but it seems like a pretty significant rainfall to me.

Anyway, that's the big news here. See you down the road, one of these days!
